Honestly the site is great -it's easy to navigate and find exactly what you are looking for. The products are great I have other colourpop eye shadows and highlighter I have bought from Ulta and I love them. They are so easy to use and they look great every time I wear them. This is the first time I ordered anything from Colourpop.com and I did order on Cyber Monday - I bought the new Bare Necessities pallet - It is now Sunday 12/8 and my order has yet to ship - I understand they do put on their site that it might take 3-5 days to ship excluding weekends/holidays - but this is honestly ridiculous to me. I can get and Amazon package shipped to me in one day - even Ulta ships the same day as the order. My only complaint is the shipping time - I will not be ordering from their site again - any products I want will have to come from Ulta. If I didn't want the pallete so badly I would cancel my order.

Annoyed I ordered this late November and it’s STILL pending

My order wasnt shipped. Yet things are out of stock. Its been 8 days. Bought the Elsa kit. Messaged with no response. Very disappointed. Says they wont message until monday and to be patient. Well there went $40 doen the drain i may never get back.

I placed an order on November 30. The last email I got said there was a delay. There has been no update since. I tried the email portion to try to contact the company and the email is invalid. At this point I wonder if I have been scammed

9 days after placing order and payment being taken out of my account, my order has STILL not been shipped. Won’t buy from them again.

Waiting to get info on my order and when it's gonna be sent out.. instead I get an email advertising to buy more... can I get my package first before buying more products!? how long is it gonna take to deliver Thanksgiving orders?
