Great Makeup, Terrible Delivery Takes so long to get to you! Like.... SO LONG. But, once it does get to you, it's amazing.... But honestly, don't bother buying anything in December if you want it before New Years.

I bought from Color Pop on Cyber Monday and still haven't received an email saying they have shipped my package or any update. I know they were probably busy during sales but I would love to know what is going on with my products/package. I hope this is not always the case because I was really excited to try their products.

I ordered a makeup palette for my daughter and just received notice that the product has been popular and they haven’t shipped it yet. I ordered in plenty of time but it looks like it won’t be here for Christmas

No se nada de mi pedido ya tiene 15 días

Been a week since my order was placed and it still hasn’t shipped.

I cant obtain my history as to when my order is to arrive and its been 7 days. I hit the history and log on and no response and then try the forgot password to see if thats the issue and never get a response. Terribly upset.

Terrible, unhelpful customer service. Every time I’ve ordered from you all it’s taken more than two weeks. I ordered from Glossier, Milk, FN, and three other stores on the same day and they ALL have gotten here before my order with you all. That is unacceptable especially when you won’t allow a customer to cancel their order when it hasn’t shipped. Get it together.
