I placed my order a MONTH ago and it STILL hasn't arrived!

I have not received tracking for my order. Is someone going to send an email soon?

I want to change my address on my shipping and when I try to email customer support it says its invalid

I hope I really like my products because this wait time is so unprofessional I keep reaching out to colourpop and nothing gets solved it’s been 12 days since I’ve ordered my brush set and nothing has been updated in shipping and they haven’t sent me a new email since order confirmation I’m really disappointed in them

I am waiting for my order to be shipped. I ordered November 30th and still haven't received confirmation. Tried emailing but no response. never again

The web site is difficult to navigate and 8 days after I placed my order, the order has not shipped yet.

My order hasn't been processed yet it was placed November 29th it is currently December 9th I have gotten no e-mails from colourpop I can't log into their account it won't let me log in but they've taken my money where is my order or refund my money!!!

Waited to receive my package only to find out it was sent back to colourpop; they do not want to reship my items to me or rehonor any discounts. Very poor customer service.
