It's been 10 days since I placed my order and I still haven't recieved any confirmation about processing, let alone shipping. I understand things are crazy with the holidays, but I haven't even recieved anything about just if the order has been processed. My first time ordering from colourpop's site as opposed to going to Ulta and I'm very disappointed.

Colourpop has great products don't get me wrong. But I would not buy from their website and get it from Ulta or something. Their customer service is the worst I've ever dealt with. They essentially scammed me during Black Friday. The item got returned because of a shipping error and not only did they do nothing to resolve this. They refunded me and told me I can repurchase the items but they wouldn't honor the sale prices during Black Friday. Why would I rebuy everything at full price with paid shipping to get items that should've gotten to me no problem? They didn't help at all and blamed USPS, who were far more helpful to me and even tried to redeliver the item. Very disappointed, I wouldn't buy online from them.

It’s been 11 days since I placed an order and my order still isn’t boxed and I have no updates or estimates on when I can expect it. I’ve heard great things about your products, but I’ve paid and it’s been a long time not to have a order update and no available estimated ship date when I look at my order details. Really excited to receive my package, just don’t know when that will be.

Ordered on December 1 and it’s now December 10 and still my order hasn’t shipped or any updates. Never ordering from here Again and will be contacting my credit card co that this is scam for a chargeback. I haven’t even received any emails about the delay. This company sucks.
