I placed my order on Dec 1st. It’s the 16th and I have yet to receive any type of confirmation. My card was charged, though. I DM’d them on IG- they told me to send a message via their website. I did that- quoted the order number in the subject line. The response I got was ridiculous. They asked me for my order number and the last 4 digits of my credit card! There’s a reason those things aren’t shared in emails!!!! I responded immediately explaining where they could find my order number and e mail address, associated with the order I placed, for verification, and that I would not send any card info via e mail- and no response. None at all. Sent a second message via the site- still nothing. I honestly don’t care how nice the products end up being- I WILL NOT do this again. I would have been satisfied with a simple answer- even if I won’t get my products till January- at least let me track the damn order! OR ANSWER MY QUESTIONS PROPERLY!!!

I purchased my products back in Thanksgiving Day with full trust in Colourpop to deliver my items in the same time length of time like from my previous orders (usually 10 days and it'll be at my doorstep). However, I was horribly wrong. They sent emails claiming that there will be a slight delay in delivery due to the holiday season and sales, however, it's been 2 weeks since then and still no update! I've emailed twice only to receive half assed responses from their team telling me to stay calm and not be anxious because my items will arrive soon. Well, it's almost Christmas and my items are still pending with no hope whatsoever of being delivered. I think I have every right to be anxious and furious from the absolute garbage service I am getting from this company. It just seems like they are ill prepared for the holidays and have no care whatsoever about their customers. The same time I ordered from Colourpop, I also ordered from Amazon, Hot Topic, and Juvia's Place; these items have all been shipped with proper dates given. I do not see why Colourpop could not do the same. Bottom line, I've worked so hard to get my family and friends their Christmas gifts, and it just seems unfair to have to tell them their gifts aren't coming on time due to how inefficient and unprofessional Colourpop is.

Bonsoir, C'est la première fois que je commande chez vous, et les délais de livraison ont été très longs ( le délai maximal de 20 jours a été dépassé). Et je me suis retrouvée à payer des frais de douane de 21 euro , frais supplémentaires dont je n'ai pas été avertie. Je ne pourrai plus commander chez vous à cause de ces frais . I orders during Black Friday, and ordering my items was a breeze, it was fine. When it was out for shipment UPS, the shipping company Colourpop uses said that my address was invalid. I emailed Colourpop and they made that experience terrible. The women I was emailing was not helpful and pretty much got at that my package was not getting to me and to try to get it back to contact UPS. She has not gotten back to me since and I emailed another time a few days after she didn't respond and I did not get a response. I am truly shocked at the customer service and terrible problem solving skills Colourpop has. I asked if my items could just be resent to me or if the could track it down and send it back. I did not want a refund because I got all the products at 30% off on Black Friday and that means I would only reorder a certain few, all the items I ordered were gifts. Also Colourpop not having a customer service phone number made it very hard, I had to wait a day after I sent an email to hear back from them. This was the worst experience I had with a makeup company. Hopefully Colourpop can see this and change something about their shipping. That also happened to one of my friends with shipping, but she ended up getting a refund and having to reorder everything.

I ordered 2 things from Colourpop 2 weeks still haven't gotten it, they took money from the right account yet tried charging another that was on file which at the time did not have funds so the order says pending. It should not say that. I got a confirmation that payment went through.

When I checked out I used a coupon code, and it said it applied, but when I got the receipt it said applied $0. I emailed about it and they said too bad and didn't give me my money back because makeup is "final sale". When I got the package I was supposed to have a blue eyeliner but the ink inside is black. I will never order from this company again. I'm so disappointed. I wore colourpop lipstick to my wedding, I was such a big fan before. They lost a customer for life.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!! ABSOLUTELY ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE-- DO NOT ORDER UNLESS YOU ARE PLANNING ON GETTING YOUR SHIPMENT NEXT YEAR. I have written 5 emails to them and they have not responded. My order is may have been lost, or maybe they just stole my money. I WILL NEVER KNOW. MY makeup NEVER came. My credit card is charged nearly one hundred dollars and they have not sent anything, they have not responded to my pleas, and it has been WAYYYYY too long for that. I COULD HAVE GOTTEN MORE BACK FROM AN INTEREST FREE LOAN to someone for the money I spent that I will never see again. I didn't get ANY response from them after reaching out about my concern MANY MANY times. IM SURE THIS WL NOT BE THE LAST, and definitely isn't the first review like this.

I've ordered at Colourpop on December the 2nd and just got a response that my package wasn't send to Europe until December the 11th! I can't understand why it must take 9 days to process my order? Can you elaborate Colourpop? Fortunately I've got an email from USPS that the package arrived there at the 12th, so hopefully it will still arrive before Christmas, so I can hand over my gift. (Fingers crossed) Still, I find it remarkable that AliExpress in China gets me packages within a 1 week with no shipment fee. And for the US I pay 10 dollars and it will probably take 3-4 weeks to get here...
