El envío internacional tarda mucho, y me cobraron 0.50 euros un día después de haber pagado mi compra (según ellos por tasas internacionales.... No lo entiendo, deberían haberlo cobrado cuando pagué el pedido, y no pasarme un cargo a mi tarjeta posteriormente sin yo haber dado autorización para ello). A pesar de esa mala experiencia en envío y cobro, debo decir que los productos son muy buenos.

There’s no returns allowed and that should change, it seems like greed or at least exchange incase a product doesn’t workout. You know colors show up differently online with professional images that are tweaked and photoshopped

One item was not well closed and it spilled during transport. Another item was missing and received an diferrent item. I asked for refund but they gave me a coupon discount valid only until 16 September, 2021. Short time I dont plan place an order any soon.

The shipment was decent, but I was hoping to get a discount code for my next purchase since I ordered it from Spain and the shipment is very expensive. Many other brands gave me a simple discount code. But know I now that the shipment is even more expensive than some products and that this brand doesnt reward the fidelity, I may not order again.

I have to say, the makeup is fine, but I'm not overly impressed. I ordered a set of 20 eyeliner gel pens, and received 15 pots of cream eye shadow instead. The company was great and sent me my correct order right away. Very good customer service. Even though I didn't pay for the eye shadow, I did try it out, and my feelings are mixed. One pot came broken. One had a lid that was glued shut - once I managed to get the lid off, the inside was caked in what looked like hot glue that I had to chip out to be able to screw the lid back on. The orange color eye shadow I received was so rock hard, I threw it immediately away as it was unusable. Some of the colors apply very well, and I like the creamy formula. The purple DYED MY SKIN. For two days, it looked like I had a rash or pink eye. (But it wasn't an allergic reaction or anything of the sort - it was just dyed from the pigment.) Now, that all being said, I didn't actually order the cream eye shadows, I didn't pay for them, and I didn't really want them anyway. The eyeliners are better, but some are still rather dry. Several broke and crumbled the first time I used them because of this dryness. I'll still be able to use them, but they are not nearly as creamy as the others that haven't dried out yet, which perhaps indicates to me that some are older and might have outlived their shelf life. All in all, I do like the colors, and none of the eyeliners have dyed my skin.

Loved the super affordable prices and quick shipping but unfortunately I didn’t love the products. The blush color was off and the texture of the eyeshadow was so hard - not the creamy base I hoped for, it just tugged too much at my eyelid to apply.
