Never received my items :( I’m giving two because they are supposedly giving me a refund

It’s been a month and I haven’t received my package yet

Sigo esperando que lleguen mis productos a Chile. Y nadie me dio una respuesta satisfactoria.

I loved the products, good quality, however it took so long for them to prepare my order for delivery. It took almost a month for me to have my order. I wont order from them again.

I received an item, and the packaging is full of scratches. They don’t even bother replying to my email.

In every package I have received, at least one eyeshadow arrives broken. I think it is a very overhyped brand, some eyeshadows are nice but others do not pigment, or the colour is very different from the pan, or has a lot of fall out or not last long on the lid. None of my palettes is an ok, nice... no... all has some kind of a fail eyeshadow, no matter is small or big palette, at least two are mehs. Supershock shadow get dry in a short period of time. And they have improve their quality a lot in last years Is cheap, but I prefer to spend a bit more

The blush that I orders separates all the time and I can’t return it for a new one. I love the color and I would have gotten more but that issues left a bad taste in my mouth. The bronzed is great tho
