The ColourPop products (Lippie Stix especially) were disgusting and unhygienic. It reminded me of the Jaclyn Hill mouldy lipstick controversy. The photos show dust, indentation marks, small hair, and more (I just realised I don't know how to upload the photos to Trustpilot :( but when I figure this out I will). I had already waited a long time for the items to arrive and was incredibly disappointed with what was received. I contacted ColourPop to request some sort of compensation such as a refund or replacement and their response was appalling. They refused to offer any compensation and they failed to acknowledge the photos I attached. For a big brand, this experience was awful. I genuinely will NEVER purchase from and use ColourPop products ever again due to its very concerning hygiene issues. I doubt this review will stop anyone from purchasing ColourPop and it could have ‘just’ been a bad batch but at least it will bring some level of awareness to how their products are made.

I think it’s quite frustrating you don’t offer returns or exchanges. Half of the products I purchased were crap and I don’t get any money back. ColourPop has been around for a decade at least and you’re still saying “we’re a small business so we can’t offer returns or exchanges”? I think that’s BS.

Never received my order!

Its been more than a month. Still havent receive my orders.
