I made a big order and it took very long for the order to come. After all that I open up the package to find out I have a missing item and damaged products. I let customer services know and they take a long while getting back to me. When they do get back to me, they say my products aren’t damaged (even though a lot of the shades are broken and the glitter ones have completely cracked and are going into the other matte shades) and I get a coupon code for the missing concealer (it was on offer at the time) with the reduced price and so I can’t buy the concealer without paying more for it plus I paid a lot of tax and other fees to get it as I live very far away from the US. Really let down with the service, especially from a big brand like colourpop. They could have refunded me or sent out the product but no. Really annoyed with colourpop

I ordered a big order in hopes to give some gifts to friends for Christmas and the product never showed up. I placed the order on December 2nd and it’s currently December 27th and still nothing. I had emailed customer service a few weeks ago and all they said was they were busy due to holidays and launches so be patient. Horrible

I ordered 3 palettes for Christmas presents. They shorted me a palette, so I followed the instructions letting them know and they emailed me saying the last tracking information was over two weeks so basically, I was out of luck. So, they have my money and I have no palette. Very poor customer service!

I ordered 8 products and received only 5

They put the wrong price on the package so I had to pay custom fees, even though I especially stayed under the maximum. I mailed them about it, but they did not care. Horrible experience ...

Missing a part of my order, terrible customer service, offered $2 code. I will not order a $4.50 plus postage piece to replace the piece I have already paid for. It will cost closer to $10. DO NOT USE THIS GROUP OF THIEVES.

First time buying, worst experience ever! Made two orders for Christmas gifts receive the first one was missing a product had to email wouldn't send that product that was missing or refund my MONEY! Second order didn't receive as of yet still waiting as of November 29 when I purchased this items only received an email saying they didn't have the product I had purchased and would send the only ones they have available. I mean come on took them this much time and for the BS. Would not recommend your better of buying somewhere else

This is my first time ordering from Colourpop. I have yet to revive my package which I ordered on 11/30/19. I'm concerned why my package has not been delivered. My card was charged.
