I bought the empty palette set that includes 24 eyeshadows of your choice, and when it arrived, one was missing. There was also a checker sheet included in the box where the missing shadow, Fyre, was encircled while all other items were checked off, so clearly the CP checker saw that it was missing. I brought this to their attention and they said that because I used a mail forwarding service, they would not be replacing/refunding the missing shadow. I use a mail forwarding service because my local post isn't trustworthy and regularly loses/steals packages, and CP doesn't refund if your parcel gets lost in the mail. International customers really get the short end of the stick here, because if we protect ourselves against local post theft by using a third party service, CP doesn't cover any mistakes. However, if we use their only sub-par post option and our package inevitably gets stolen or lost, CP still won't refund. I find it really stupid that they don't offer FedEx or DHL options, especially since international post is at the mercy of local governments and vary in safety from country to country. I will never be ordering from Colourpop again, as their policies offer zero protection to international customers. Revolution Beauty offers $12 international post by way of DHL and offers tracking every step of the way. Colourpop can and should do better.
