Color pop does not let you return or exchange so buyer beware. I feel products are hit and miss. I have the going for coconut palette which I love but the super shock shadows and the flutter bye palette are lack luster. I will not be buying from this company again, the only way I would is if I do from ulta and I know I can return it there if it does not turn out to be the quality I would like.

Honestly, if I could give zero stars, I would. The order took so long to ship, that I contacted support asking to cancel it. They told me they couldn’t cancel it because it had already shipped (it hadn’t.) I pointed this out, and they didn’t respond for a couple days, during which time they shipped the order I had asked them to cancel because it wasn’t going to arrive in time. They then responded telling me the order — which I had attempted to cancel — had been shipped for real, so they wouldn’t refund the order either. It didn’t arrive in time to work as a gift, which was what it was intended for, because they waited WEEKS to ship it out, so I had to purchase something else from somewhere else instead, so now I have this crap that I don’t want, that I haven’t been refunded for, and that only showed up because they literally just ignored my request to cancel an order that hadn’t shipped. Thanks, won’t be ordering from you again, and will be making sure other people know not to, too.

Horrible Experience, I would NEVER recommend this product to anyone, solely based on the non existent customer service and the ALL sales final policy. How we as consumers, have to wait for months for a POSSIBLE refund. Lackluster product.

Issues with one piece of my order and they passed me off with an excuse in my opinion. Got another order from colourpop in the mail the same day and I wanted to return it just because and they said we don't take returns after not even attempting to fix my first order.
