Up to now, I have not received my items and they were ordered almost 2 months ago.

The quality of my products is nice, but I am a little disappointed in the customer service. I was shipped the wrong product and the company did not send me the right one. I offered to return the unused product that they sent me, but now I am stuck with it :(

I tried to get in contact through email multiple times with colourpop regarding my purchase because I have a missing item. I tried 4 times and still have not heard or received the product. I will not order from here again because their costumer service is horrible. And I would try and reach out through the phone but they don’t even have a number.

My first order was perfect loved everything it was packaged very nicely. My second order looks like everything was used already. 😕

First off doesnt even tell you that if you buy anything there is no returns refunds or exchanges i didnt know that until after i got my package and saw that the color i got for the foundation not only didn't match (i did the color match and everything) but literally had no coverage was really oily and literally came right off my face when I lightly swiped it! It was the no filter foundation DO NOT USE! anyways i got a blotted lip loved the color loved the feel but when i got it it looked open and used and the product was basically nonexistent. Of course I emailed them asking if there was anything I could do either just get a new blotted lip or at least return the foundation because it was horrible and they emailed me back like 4 days later saying no since they are a small company they cant do anything and gave me excuses saying basically I dont know how a container works because when you take the applicator out all the product goes down I know that what I was saying was there was only enough product for me to use it 3 times! I dont recommend using colourpop i tell people if they want it go to ulta and get it cuz then at least you have the choice to get actual help and not them saying sorry we will tell the correct team about your issues and give you no other help than that.

I didnt receive my Order yet!

I ordered the Going Coconuts eyeshadow palette. The colors are beautiful but I had to wait over two weeks to receive it and the packaging is awful. The eyeshadows fell out and crumbled. I’ll never order directly from their website ever again! Much easier to buy from ulta just wish they had more collections available in store. The price point is great but not worth waiting over two weeks!
