I purchased 2 different eyeliner sets from color pop cosmetics with 1 set being defective and not working properly. I contacted them and they refuse to send me a replacement. I even volunteer to send back the defective eyeliners so they could see they were defective and I was told they don't do exchanges. I was sending it back as proof not as an exchange. You would think if a company sent you something that is broken, defective,doesn't work that they would replace it,right? Well not color pop cosmetics! So now I'm out of my money with eyeliners that are junk! I have contacted the BBB regarding this matter because this isn't right and the customer is always right! If I could give no stars, I would!

I never received it and I was very disappointed

The usps didn’t deliver my items and they still had it return back to them but couldn’t give me the items again.! Even said I want the items not the money. Very bad experience and they took long to reply.

The product comes broken i send a ticket and i dont recieve any explanation

My order didn't even arrive.

My package never came. The colourpop team would not help me. I have purchased there before and I paid 10$ for shipping each time, so I would expect them to at least try to help or give me a refund. I will never be purchasing from colourpop again. I would NOT recommend to anyone. SAVE YOUR MONEY
