It was my first order. and it has taken a long time and some shadows have been spoiled. Although colourpop has solved it for me by giving me a code to buy again. I hope it could be bought from Europe so that it does not take so long or it does not come damaged during the trip.

I’m pretty satisfied with the items that I ordered, but I give them 3 stars because I wasn’t happy with their customer service, definitely needs improvement. I also don’t understand why it took them 10 days to process and ship out my order. 😅

Box and wrapping The products are great, affordable. But my only concerns is about the packaging. The box only seal with tapes. My suggestion is seal the box with plastic wrap. Since it take a month to arrive to Malaysia, I think it is more secure and water proof.

The product is amazing, but it took forever to arrive. I purchased them for use to a wedding I was going to well in advance and they did not arrive until well after the wedding.

Three stars based on it taking 4 weeks for my order just to be processed and posted. Subsequent orders took 3 and 2 weeks to be processed and posted. 5+ stars on the quality of the products and my satisfaction with them. Such a shame that what is letting Colourpop down is not product but unreasonable delays because of admin.

Everything I ordered came packaged securely. The only disappointment was the colour me pretty eyeliner pots had some lids not secured. (About 5/15) These colours came to me dried out before I even got to use them. The other items however are what I expected.

The products are nice, the delivery time is okay. Yet, I have received all of my palets broken. I send two messages with the same photos to ColourPop to know what they could do for me, they never answered. They know how to send me emails tho. Customer service is totally inexistant, I will never order again from them.
