the products are good but i’ve been waiting for more than a month for them to arrive

It took five business days just to ship. Products received were good.

Products are very nice.The colors I selected, in the coral family, accent my hazel eyes very well. Shipping time is really not acceptable compared to most other companies.

You never gave me a shipping estimated date, so I bought my items on april 15th and haven't got it yet. Whenever I ask on DHL for how long it is going to take to arrive they ask me when my delivery date is and I can't go on with the questions because I don't have that information. It's been a month and a half since I bought the products and have not got them yet.

I love ColourPop products but there's zero customer service response on their end. On my latest order from the site, one of the products came defective, I try contacting them multiple times with no answer at all. I feel is safer to buy their products on Ulta instead.

I was very excited to revive the child eye set, but unfortunately it was broken upon arrival. The customer service offered to give me a credit for it but I would have to pay international shipping prices for Second time to get an unbroken palette. So I cannot afford to pay more than the palette is worth to get a replacement. I feel that a replacement would have been more appropriate as I cannot help how it arrived to me. I have lost what was the favorite color I purchased the palette for so it is very disappointing. Apart from that the other items in my order were very nice and I can’t wait to use them.

I ordered two pallets for the anniversary of colourpop and so far it has not reached me, DHL does not know where it is, I consulted with colourpop and they say they cannot help me either. I have spoken with many people from Chile who placed their orders at the same time as me and they already have their palettes and mine, nobody knows where they are and nobody is responsible either

It took way too long to ship and then to deliver. Do better colour pop.
