Did not get my free shipping and shipping took over two weeks. I emailed the company and got no response. One of the things I had ordered was a freckle pen. It worked well for a week and then totally dried up. There wasn’t much for ink in there I guess.

I never received my order. I contacted them and they asked if I wanted a refund or a one-time free replacement. I gave them my address and I still never received it. Both times I received a tracking number that said delivered but I never got it. I receive multiple packages and mail during the week and don’t ever have issues with my address. I provided that correct address and never received the product. So now over a month later, no make-up and out my money.

3 months delivery. That's all I can say. Ordered in November with the idea to use my purchase as a Christmas gift. Received in February. It really doesn't matter if the item is actually good - with 3 months delivery, I'd never order again.
