I Waited until a product released to buy and i ended up not getting all of my order ,only to find out they sold out this is the second time this has happened to me

Order a collection waited a month never replied to emails color pop just gave me my money back and I really wanted the collection didn’t even make an effort to re send the collection never buying from them again

It wasn’t what i was expecting

I have to review it? Uh, first I have to get the item on my doorstep.. . It is overseas yes, but we're 6 weeks from ordering and still counting..

i haven’t even received my order lol. it says that it’s ready to ship and it’s said that since December 16th.

The reason why I'm rating this a 1 star is because when I received the pallet it was missing 2 colors. How is it possible for them to send something out with 2 colors missing? plus it was a limited item, so once it sold out that was it? For paying $100 for this whole kit, it def was not worth it. Than after I made a complaint, the only thing they can do for me is just give me a 20% off?? Like I literally paid $100 for them just to give me a 20% off.

Lipsticks are really dry not worth what i spent on them

I got the wrong order wanted my money back and the person who was helping me was rude in the emails!
