I did not receive my whole order. I sent an email and never heard back.

I purchased 3 shadow palettes which I believe were delivered to the wrong address. When I contacted colourpop about not recieving my package all the Representatives (more than one) did was copy & paste the little blurb from the FAQ section or send me my tracking information. No one helped at all. I always make purchases on the site, first time I've had an issue, & first time I've experienced their TERRIBLE customer service.

The products took too long to come and I was not happy with the quality either

I placed my order more the a month ago and it still hasn’t been shipped.

It’s been a month since I ordered the product and have still not received it. It is stuck at Delhi airport since 25th December 2019 and is not being transited to my address location which is Bangalore. Either refund my money or get the product shipped.

Had issues with my order and customer service was no help.

You won’t answer me about replacing the duplicate lipstick that I got with the correct one I asked for in an email.

I could not access different pages on my desktop computer. I kept getting kicked back to a dead end menu. Also, the website gave no indication that my products would not be delivered before Christmas. Finally, the colors on the website are not accurate.
