I never received my order and received very little help from customer service

I ordered a lippie stick and it arrived and looked used. I received a replacement and that one looked even more used and had some kind if fiber coming out of it. The customer service robots are ridiculous and not helpful. I will be sharing my experience with all of my friends and will not be ordering from here again. So sad to see how bad this company has gotten and how little it cares about it's customers.

I ended up canceling my order. I hadn't received any info about my order shipping 2 weeks after I had placed it (1 eye shadow palette), I emailed customer service and the still couldn't give an expected ship date even thought there was no back order. This was a gift and I thought I had ordered it with plenty of time but apparently not. I ended up canceling and finding something else.

I never received my order

For one it was shipped to a neighbor. When I asked for help colourpop was just not helpful at all. Then weeks after my delivery I finally get to try what I was so excited for. Hola Chola! The only good thing about it was the eyeliner! I am so disappointed especially with the pallet. The lippies are so bulky and messy. Lip liners don’t work, at least on my lips. I cannot express the amount of regret for buying this collection. I wish I could send it back. To top it off I got 2. So sad.
