I didn’t like the products: the eye shadow palette I Bought had a lot of fall out there even the setting spray wouldn’t stop from spreading all over my face and the skin care I bought (watermelon milk) was not what I expected. It was sticky on my face unfortunately. It was even worse to find out I could not return or exchange

It is a passed a month and I still haven’t received my order. The problem is that they have to improve their shipment outside US. They don’t care at all of Europe costumers who have to wait a ton and thanks to the way the ships the orders most of their orders. In fact in Italy no one ever recommend you to order from them cause you will have your order blocked at the frontier and this could be easily avoided by the brand. I hope they will fix this problem in the future.

I got the wrong order.it took forever to get a reply, just to be told my orginal products were out of stock and nothing can be done for Colourpops mistake. Then didnt want to give me a refund, just a credit. Very horrible customer service, never purchasing again

Ordered 5 lipsticks, only received 3. After sending 3 emails with each one asking me for the same photos i never received a refund or the replacement lipsticks. Worst online shopping experience ive had in years.

I made purchase online, but you were not able to ship for delivery for about 3 weeks. It was my daughter’s Christmas present, and she didn’t get it in time. I was forced to show her a picture on Christmas morning of what hopefully was coming. And the link on your site that purports to allow one to check status of an online purchase is an absolute fraud. It claims you can email by clicking on a link, but when you click on the link, it is not a legitimate email address. No ability for customer to follow up.

My order took way too long to get here. I had no communication from the company keeping me appraised of the delay. I even emailed to find out what was going on. They did email back to let me know it would be after Christmas when the order would be delivered. In fact it was after the first of the year. This is not acceptable. Especially when there are so many competing companies making every effort to deliver quickly, and communicate often.
