Service client inexistant j’essaye de vous joindre depuis plusieurs mois

I oredered Christmas gifts two weeks before Christmas and never received an update or tracking information until two days before Christmas and then having to run out an purchase more gifts at the last minute which was terrible because a lot of items were out of stock....Needless to say I didn't receive gifts until days after Christmas....not acceptable.

Its been two months and I am yet to receive the product!

Never received shipment . Horrible.

Look idk much about this company my girlfriend says its smaller so i guess its understandable but when i ordered around the holidays (8th december i think) it took me over a week and a half to get a confirmation and i didn't receive the package until almost a week after christmas, in addition my girlfriend said one of the shades was damaged but she said the severity of the damage didnt justify having to wait potentially a similar length just to receive a replacement. I get the delay because it was the holidays and the confirmation even mentioned it but to get a partially damaged product in addition was kinda ridiculous...

Worst makeup brand I’ve ever purchased from!!! Delivered my package to the wrong address TWICE. Only way to contact customer service is via email and responses take 1-2 business days and NEVER the same person. Incompetent customer service, baffles me they’re still in business but no wonder with their cheap makeup. I bought a palette and it came with all the individual shadows for me to assemble myself. Horrible, will never purchase from this brand again.
