I never actually received my order because it was sent back to the warehouse and I wasn’t notified until it had been 2 weeks without an update from the company. I reached out to support to understand where my package was just to have a refund issued w/o explanation of the less than desirable situation.

My order was late, so late that it didn't even ship until after Christmas. I teied to cancel and was told I couldn't. I said I was going to return your product. Was told you don't do returns. I will never purchase anything your company makes and will strongly discourage others from purchasing your products as well.

The glitter eyeshadow is not compact, infact like soggy, make it hard to apply with brush. The packaging itself looks too simple. Overall I still love colour pop, especially the pallete colour, give us many options. Thanks!
