Love the products but WEBSITE STINKS
I love the products but ordering ANYTHING from the website is a pain in the butt! Every time you click on something it flips back to the beginning and you have to keep going back in. It takes forever and I've often gotten so aggravated I just quit

Always a bad experience
Products are fantastic but their return/customer service is awful (not the actual reps, they're lovely). I placed an order and an item was missing from my order. Contacted them and they offered me a discount code that didn't even cover the cost of the item... or shipping /duties which I had already paid. It took a ton of back and forth to finally get a refund. Never offered to actually send me the product. I always have shipping issues with colourpop.
