I am SO upset with this purchase. With the exception of 4 (out of the 12 I bought), at least one shadow from the other palettes I purchased crumbled and fell out everywhere. It’s created a mess on my brand new rug that will not come out because it’s makeup. I’m furious. Even the white eyeliner pencil broke! Not just broke, but when I twisted the pencil up, it literally jumped OUT of the casing. I’ve used 2 palettes—-Bye Bye Birdie and Going Coconuts—which are decent but the color payoff is insulting. I will likely never purchase from ColourPop again because this has left a sour taste in my mouth. I am extremely disappointed.

This is by far THE WORST experience I have had with not only a cosmetic company but an online purchase. They have horrible customer service, policies that only benefit them and I am still waiting on a refund on a purchase I never received since DECEMBER. Will never purchase anything from Colourpop and make sure I warn everyone about how bad of a company they are.

The order took forever to ship and when it did it seemed like it went around in circles according to the tracking. I kept thinking it was my fault for putting something incorrect in with my address, but nothing was wrong when I checked. I finally had to reach out to ask, and was told it was being sent back to the facility and I’d have to reorder. In the amount of time that took I’d already bought all products I was looking at elsewhere.

The worst customer service on the planet! I've been buying for many years from them even though their return policy is awful (no returns) but if you get a broken or rancid item they still won't refund or replace it. This has happened numerous times and after the last order I'm done for good. Their quality control needs to be better if they can't back up their products. There's a reason why they are cheap. Meanwhile, they send out huge free boxes to to influencers?! That's where your return/refund money goes. They don't care one bit about their customers.

Bought the Champagne Bubbles Illuminator, along with other things. This particular product is not of good quality. It is barely pigmented at all and a complete waste of money. When I spoke to customer service about this they said I should have looked at swatches online. Two thumbs down for their customer service. Makes me hesitant to purchase from Colourpop again.

Worst customer service for a makeup brand I've ever experienced. Thanks for nothing. First and last purchase.

The eyeshadow palettes are inferior quality...Your customer service sucks

As a longtime Colourpop customer and avid makeup lover, it disappoints me to say that I will no longer be giving my business to this organization. My last experience with CP’s customer service was shameful. Additionally, I have unfollowed CP on all social media. Will not purchase from them again.
