Fragrance in products, cheap packaging and all sales final. Too expensive for the quality. Donated it all to charity.

Bad communication, made an error when ordering on the delivery address and never given the opportunity to amend. Sent a number of emails the second I recognised the mistake but was given no help to by the colourpop team, took weeks to resolve and missed the event I was trying to buy these items for.

Didn't help all And you don't offer refunds when that's so stupid I was so unhappy

I’ve put an international order in before Christmas. I have still not had any evidence that there is attempt to dispatch the products to me or to refund me. I’ve had limited interaction except an email from your company. I will take this to social media and start commenting on the lack of service on social media. I realize this is a small order to South Africa but this is unethical business practice and poor service delivery. Why offer it to countries you obviously can’t service?

My item was shipped to me but then shipped back because it said I had moved but not sent a forwarding address which is not true. I have yet to be reimbursed for my purchase

Very dry not good at all

Eyeshadows had a lot of fall out , and it irritated my eyelids . When looking to return , colorpop give no refunds to those that have an allergic reaction.
