Terrible customer service!!! They make mistakes on orders. In the best case, after endless arguments and correspondence, they send a coupon code for repurchase on the site, without multiple offers!!! And then the customer asks for PayPal for refund, colourpop just block this customer!

Item was missing from my order and when it did come, the lid was damaged. Customer service did not replace it. I’m guessing your whole staff is being rushed too much that they forget important details like if the order has all the items or if the product itself meets quality standards.

Jeg har lige fået 3 produkter, som alle er ødelagt. Den ene total skadet, hvor den ene øjenskygge er knust og flyder i hele pakken. Den anden havde ridser i øjenskyggen. Og 2 af palletterne har huller i kanten af øjenskyggerne, så de sidder løse og flyder rundt. Når jeg skriver til dem, vil de kun give rabatkode på 1 af palletterne. Jeg kommer aldrig til at købe derfra igen.
