I was not shipped one of my pallets and my eye liner came broken. Insted of shipping it to me they offered me a $5 coupon while having the items now full price. Not only is there restrictions on the code but I'm in Canada and would have to pay full price with exchange rate and shipping... I'm so discouraged... Over $500 in a month's time and they could not ship me what they forgot.... Telling me it was a "one time code" or after many emails....ome time refund for my missing items ...as if I did something wrong... Ne we had this experience with them before and I'm actually really upset. As a mother of three this was my treat to myself and I sold all my makeup in a hardship...I just want what I paid for. It's even more frusterating cause after many times asking why they cant reship there is no answer.

I've had an issue, messaged on email, Facebook and Facebook messages and yet nothing. I was going to recommend to others but after this not anymore.

Customer service is horrible. Especially as a international purchaser. Never answer my questions and never find a solution. IF YOUR FROM AUSTRALIA , DON'T PURCHASE FROM HERE.

ColourPop's return/cancelation and all sales final policy is out-dated and the customer service to address it absolutely stinks. The customer service number provided is busy at all times attempted and it takes up to 48 hours for an email response. I reached out two hours after placing my order (15458545), four entire days before it was sent out requesting /store credit/ not a cancellation. Janelly A with the team responded by reiterating there are no cancelations or returns, but again I requested store credit. I felt unheard and uncared for as a customer so until policies are updated and customer service practices are improved I will not be a patron of Colourpop moving forward and will be informing friends & family of my experience.

Comes off. Even the liquid lipsrick. Patchy. Awful finish. Blush lasts exactly 2 mins.

I never received my order. I even needed to reorder and it still didn’t get to my house. They sent a wrong replacement package but for some reason that one made it to my house and when they resent the original lost package I still didn’t get it. More than a month in contact with them and usps. Probably won’t buy from them again for a while. So sad it didn’t work out.
