First time shopping at colourpop and first time signing up with gave me 10% off. I ordered 5 different pallets in total. At checkout the site accept my coupon, However at the time there was 25% off. So with the 25% off plus the site accepted the 10% I had I thought I was getting the 25 + 10 not realizing by adding the 10% made the price go back to original pricing. When I contacted customer service about it they said they cannot do anything about it. Like it was my first purchase, first time trying your products and nothing could of been done. At least offer the 10% off another purchase or credit the difference. Am ordering international and converting currency. Your site should have a warning saying code not applicable something. After the customer service experience never ordering from your company again.

I have not received my order yet

I have not received my purchase, made in the latter part of December. When e-mailed, customer service has given little more than empty pacifying responses. Very disappointed.

sent my package to the wrong number, customer service doesn’t listen didn’t send another package and still hasn’t refunded me :/

I hate everything and i can’t return it

They sent me a damaged product. Then when I emailed them saying they did this, all they said was “sorry nothing we can do”. That’s bs.

First Colourpop purchase and my palette was awful. Mass produced, no quality check, and returns not accepted. Everyone raves about Colourpop on Beauty Blogs and YouTube but I wasn't impressed.
