I have bought many Colourpop products in the past and loved every single one. Their eyeshadows are well pigmented and they have many beautifully made palettes with super cute designs and color choices plus awesome collabs with some of my favorite things. Until recently, I only ever purchased their products from Ulta, buying the Mandalorian, Bambi, and one of the Animal Crossing palettes all from my local Ulta but after hearing about all the ones on their site, I decided to order the other Disney themed palettes from their site. The order shipped in a timely fashion and arrived in nearly perfect condition, except cracks in one pigment of one of the four palettes I ordered. I thought nothing off it, until I went to use the palette and the pigment fell out in one solid chunk, covering me, my desk chair, and the carpet in it. After this happened, I immediately submitted my issue with Colourpop, photography evidence included and they sent me just a coupon for the value of the product, which most times would be fine, but it didn't even include shipping and I purchased the palette on sale so if I wanted to purchase a replacement, I'd have to shell out another 10 dollars to cover the price difference and to pay shipping again. I still love Colourpop's products but I will avoid buying their palettes off their site and will instead stick to Ulta where I know I can go if a product ever arrives damaged. I just would've like my product replaced and even would've sent back the original.

The packaging and the products seem amazing haven't had time to use yet but the delivery time was way too long and that's why I have given 3 starts. Hopefully a better experience next time.

I personally feel like there are wayyyyy too many collection launches. It’s overwhelming and makes it very hard to keep up, and honestly sometimes just feels like a money grabbing scheme. Like I said, the products are nice and the collections usually seem like at least SOME thought was put into them, but there’s just too much. This goes hand in hand with discontinuing older but still absolutely great products. I would much rather continue purchasing a product I already know and love than try to find a replacement. Even if the brand gives a recommendation and says a specific product is almost identical, 9 times out of 10, it is NOT the same. I want the product I know, and I know many other people feel like this as well.

For some reason your screens load slow, if at all.

The only reason I am giving these products a three star review is because of the shipping provider. Items were purchased on 7/6/21 and they were delivered on 7/15/21. DHL handled the shipping until it was dropped to my local post office on 7/14/21. I have always had terrible experiences with DHL. They take too long to ship items, and they do not handle packages with care. The eyeliner I purchased was completely melted by the time it got to me. I am unable to use it. The eyeshadow was in good condition because it’s powder. I hope ColorPop will choose a different shipping provider in the future. I love ColorPop eyeshadows. They are beautifully pigmented and go onto the eyelid very smooth.

The shipping time is tooooo slow.

I was really excited for the I saved all my money up to buy them but I was sad that some of them were ruined

So far, I am impressed with the products themselves, but less impressed with the delivery and customer service. I received a package not to long ago, and two out of the three eyeshadow palettes I ordered arrived broken. Ofcourse, I understand that the shipping is out of the hands of Colourpop once it gets taken over my the mail carrier (eg- DHL). The package arrived the day I was due to leave to travel, so I opened the package, quickly tested the products and snapped a few photos of the damaged items. Also the wrong foundation had been placed in my order, which is 17 dollars wasted for me. When I reached out to customer service via email twice the following week, I received no response. I later found out I needed to take photos of the box and shipping number, as well as the number on the products, which I did not have on me since I was abroad and had left the items at home. So I would say the actual products are great, but the customer service is not so great.
