Received damaged palette. Emailed Customer service right away and never got a response.

Unfortunately I didn't receive all my items and I sent multiple emails for the missing items. It took a tweet to colourpop for then to reply. In which case it was a representative that didn't want to send me the missing items after I sent a picture in my original email. I sent another picture later after 2 weeks at this point. I eventually got the item, after requesting a refund.

Im still doesent recive my products, I have been tracking the order but since some time it still on the same place without movement, and thats worrie me. How much is the time stimated to get the order?

Made the purchase may 12th (international).. I'm still waiting. It's a shame.

Palette fell apart once I opened the package I was so disappointed!

Received two of the same lip packs: 2xbunhead, 2xsailor moon.

I ordered an eyeshadow palette and blush. The colors are very nice and it goes on smooth and blends well. Unfortunately, the blush go to me busted so it has made a mess and I have to be delicate while loading my brush.

You charged my cc right away, but yet it took a month to arrive.
