My order has been over a month and a half and i did not receive it yet.

My order never arrived. Please refund my money!!!!

When I follow up on my order number 22152705, it shows that there has been no progress since March 18, it says that it is still in USA . I appreciate it, inform me of the delivery date or otherwise cancel the order and refund the money

I placed an order and made the payment but order was cancelled stating an issue with payment. I have received the refund though.

I ordered some coins and never received them and can’t get any response from them.Other words they just stole my money. They want answer the phone or email;this is a complete ripoff

Liner broke immediately after opening, cheap products. You get what you pay for.

on my last purchase their was barely any lipliner when i shaved it. I had to shave it all the down like I had it for a while. This was a new purchase I received not too long ago.

I think it is VERY suspicious how EVERY product on their site has almost 5 stars, yet when you go to a third party seller, Ulta, Amazon, Google, the same product will have 3. I know the one review I wrote on their site for 3 stars was never published and it wasn't even bad, lol. Literally just said 'there was some fallout and the purple was a tad patchy but the colors were very pretty.' People on the Colourpop Reddit page have noticed the same thing; that their reviews under 4 stars were either not published or taken down shortly after being published. Guess I'll have to go elsewhere to get my makeup, and give my money to a company that is more trustworthy and transparent with it's customers.
