Very poor customer service. I was charged full price for items that were in the sale and they refused to refund the difference.

Their customer service is awful, I was missing something from my order that was a duplicate anyway. I asked to receive a credit since it was a duplicate and they refused, they'd rather have spent money to send another package out then do the right thing and issue the credit. I will no longer shop directly through them, I do like their products but I'd rather purchase from some place that stands behind what they sell such as Disney.

I contacted customer service. But I felt like they didn't read a more than the first sentence of ''my explanation'' as to why I was contacting them. Other than saying ''sorry' they weren't willing to help at all. Not ordering on their website again.

Every time I order they cancel it!

I made a bulk international order of over USD130+ from Colourpop over Christmas to give as gifts for a bridal party. This was the third time I had ordered internationally from Colourpop. My items received packed in a large sealed box with a strip of bubble wrap lining the box. However, one of the items nestled inside had packaging that had clearly been ripped open as if someone had torn apart the flaps of the box. It was obviously not damaged in transit, as this would manifest itself as bumps in the boxes and would therefore be understandable; this damage was inflicted by Colourpop prior to shipping the products to me. This is a clear sign the product had been tampered with prior to shipping, and yet Colourpop maintained the product was safe to use. I emailed the company to inquire how this could be, and I explained the situation, with photographic evidence. Customer Service was dismissive and rude. If this is a Company who maintains they will be shipping tampered products to previously loyal customers, I will not be ordering from Colourpop again.

Supuestamente es una marca económica pero yo vivo en NY y le suben de impuestos lo que segun ellos te dan de cupones de descuento, la ultima paleta amarilla no fue de mi agrado, creo que no volveria a comprar nada. Les falta calidad...

My order hasn't been delivered to me since December when I ordered it online.
