How your team handled my order has left me forever disappointed. I made my first order, at the start of the year, to try your products and gift myself a birthday present. No explanation was giving as to why my order was never sent to me. Your team also refused to honor my promotional codes or sales in my order even thought the mistake was on your part, not mine. Overall, I no longer have an interest in your products or ordering from your company again.

I placed my order on 7th January and I've been waiting for it ever since. The parcel isn't even being tracked now and I've contacted customer service but I'm still waiting for it.

Poor customer service - if you are new and get a discount code applying it to an existing sale price it will over ride the sale price. Emailed to cancel the order, was told to cancel and reorder within less than 12 hours of original order. Unfortunately after many emails providing the requested information both orders were placed and shipped. A very expensive lesson - first and last order for me

The products were all a disappointment. GEL eyeliner was drier than someone’s ankles in 10 degree weather. Highlighter stick looked like it was composed of a glitter shaker and aloe gel. The lip liners were smudging more than a booger put on a window by a 3 year old. I used to praise Colourpop, now I’d rather rub my eyeballs with sandpaper than purchase any other products.
