Do not buy this brand! I help my friends to buy the Eyeshadow, but my friend did paid back for me and I keep these ,and I cannot use too much, I send email to coolourpop company ask for return, they said due to the low cost nature of our products we have a no return, refund, or exchange policy. So, I never buy this brand again. That is awfully!!!

The stuffs hvnt come here yet due to the virus, but idk i hv to wait how long,the deal is not finish . So, I recommend ur company to be more responsible for it or can i get refund for not getting the product for such a long period of time and i dont hv the interest of the product i hv purchased before.

My credit cards kept getting declined. Every time I tried to make a purchase, my card was charged and then the charge was reversed. The payment experience made me not want to purchase anything from Colourpop. This was my first experience trying to make a Colourpop purchase.

I purchased 2 build your own palettes and I’m over all very happy with the products. However... one of the shadows had been used with a clear finger print and swatch mark in the pan! Customer service were very unhelpful and told me they couldn’t replace the item as it was still usable! I find this very worrying from a health and safely point of view as this product was clearly contaminated and quite worryingly they didn’t see it as a problem. Such a shame as I loved the rest of the shadows and wanted to purchase more, but the manner this was dealt with will stop me purchasing again.

I ordered something almost 2 months ago, never got it and when they received the package back, she said she couldn’t honor the price I originally got it for and I got used a refund 11 days ago and still have no received it. The worst support for any makeup brand I’ve had to deal with.
