I was genuinely not satisfied with the quality of the rose gold makeup brush set. They were very thin and flimsy. I wish there was some way to be able to return products when a customer is unsatisfied.

I was so excited when I placed my first order as I’ve heard great things about Colourpop makeup. However, immediately after placing the order, I noticed that it defaulted to a previous address. I immediately tried to contact them and could only find an email address. I emailed them three times and asked that they please contact me, I even left the correct address on all three emails. No one ever emailed me back much less called me. Today I received an email that my order had been sent. And, low and behold to the wrong address after I reached out three times! I am extremely disappointed in the lack of communication! You have lost a customer Colour POP! Thanks for the waste of money and time!

They sent me the wrong order. I sent them an email with attachments showing the paperwork was supposed to go to China. they sent me an email telling me I needed to take another picture of the front of the package ..RIDCULOUS.I just kept the wrong order and never got my order.. not ordering from them again. There's a ton of makeup companies out there!! And I've spent a lot of money on the website.

I accidentally placed a duplicate order for the same item. I notified you right away the next morning when I realized what had happened. But I was told it was too late to stop the order. So I said I would just write “return to sender” on the package when it arrived and send it back unopened. Colorpop does not accept returns and does not issue refunds. So I no longer shop with Colorpop!

Will not use or recommend Colourpop again! Not all items ordered were delivered and Colourpop did not respond to my emails. Issue was taken up with Paypal who informed my they cannot proceed because seller states all products were delivered. Very angry that I have paid for products I have not received nor will get a refund.

This is the SECOND time I’ve tried to order from ColourPop and the SECOND time they’ve returned my order to HQ because of an “incorrect address”. I’ve typed it in and triple checked it both times and still they’ve been unable to deliver my orders. The first order wasn’t small either, there were several sale items I purchased (no discontinued items) but they would not honor the sale prices for my second order, so I couldn’t get nearly as many of the items I had originally wanted.

Customer Service was awful had problems with eyeshadow and was told I wasn't using it right. No resolution and I was dismissed
