Order arrived safe, though their releases contain neutrals that only cater to light skin folks which makes it wasteful for other people, also new releases every week means people need to order constantly if they want them before their sold out, wasting money on postage each time. And when are the old stock items gonna get restocked? The discontinued super shocks are a sad thing.

La spedizione è stata abbastanza veloce, ordinato l'11 agosto il pacco mi è arrivato oggi 30 agosto. Ho ordinato un po' di prodotti scontatissimi e devo dire che soprattutto le palette occhi sono stupende, i packaging sono unici e molto ricercati. Do 3 stelle perché purtroppo un ombretto di una palette è arrivato rotto, ma proverò a ricompattarlo con l'alcol. Altra nota negativa le spese doganali, ma non so se possa dipendere anche da loro. Su una spesa totale di circa 60 dollari, quindi più o meno 56 euro, ho pagato 25 euro di spese doganali al postino che mi ha consegnato il pacco. Sapevo che le spese doganali andavano in base al prezzo, e sulla fattura avevano messo il prezzo totale pieno dei prodotti, senza considerare gli sconti, e in questo modo il totale fattura era di 100 euro. Non so perchè mettano il prezzo totale sulla fattura, forse è corretto così. In fin dei conti ho pagato comunque meno di quello che avrei pagato a prezzo pieno, quindi sono abbastanza soddisfatta. Non so però, visti i rischi e i costi, se ordinerò ancora da loro.

Ordered this product as a gift. One of the pallets was cracked. Colourpop sent a second replacement, but one of those pallets was also cracked. Appreciative of the replacement, but still not a prefect product on arrival.

Colourpop is a decent company. The only thing to keep in mind is that you get what you pay for; sometimes things that are cheaper won’t be of higher quality, and vice versa. A lot of my purchased makeup had a very heavy plastic smell to it, which transferred onto my face and concerned me a little. The eyeliner i had gotten would stick to my eyelids when trying to remove them with micellar water (even if i had just put one coat of the liner on), the pigment is beautiful but it’s something to really consider before buying. I think time will be needed to continue to refiner their products, but things such as their lipsticks and eyeshadow palettes are extremely well made and are definitely worth purchase rather than the others. Their makeup is also smaller than depicted online (if you’re a first time buyer.) This company is pretty good, especially with their prices and some of their products, but there are other companies that make better quality makeup.

Pretty good products at an affordable price. There's always sales going on so I never buy anything full price. BEWARE, THERE ARE NO RETURNS!!! Sometimes, the pictures aren't entirely true to the product.

The package took a month to arrive, one of the products was wrong and an eyeshadow was shattered. But the quality of the rest of the products is really good, just a shame that there were problems with shipping.
