Unresolved issue: colourpop never replaced a damaged eyeshadow palette for me. I’ve sent them two queries about it, and never received a response nor a new replacement palette from them (I sent them exactly all photos and explanations they require). The eyeshadow palette was bought as a gift, and since it arrived damaged, I was never able to gift it anyone. Due to the lack of professionalism from Colourpop (no response/no replacement), I don’t think I will be making purchases from them in the future— which is a shame, because I enjoyed using their services & products in the past. Resolved issue: I had ordered multiple items, and one of my items was missing in the shipped package. Once I had informed Colourpop about it (which could only be done by filling out a query on their website), colourpop corrected that error and shipped the missing item to me.

Half of my products were completely ruined by the time they got to me. The shadows were crumbling out of the pan. One of them was completely unusable.

The customer service is bad, I've been trying to contact the company to give me a reason for my order and they don't respond, it has been two months since I ordered the product and it still does not arrive

I was so disappointed in the color variance in the Orange You Glad Palette. I completely lost trust in the brand and won’t purchase any online only items. I still tried the makeup and the fallout and lasting power were even more disappointing.

I absolutely love your make up but your customer service is terrible. I have sent a message through messenger then it said to do it through email and i did that and still nothing. I bought the make up brushes and it came with no details to what brush was used for what. Really? I am not a make artist just like trying to duplicate what they do. I have ordered quite a bit from y'all but lately the lipsticks I have ordered have not been of great quality I put them on and they are so extremely matte they end up with these dry looking blotches on my lips.

my package came crushed and while this didn’t damage any products it did damage my eyebrow brush but bending it. other than that all the products were high quality. shipping time takes too long as well.

I really wish I could give a higher rating since I love Colourpop, but the shipping took too long, and one of the eyeliner dries out when I opened it. I’m kinda disappointed.

Ordered over two months ago and i still haven't received my package. I contacted them and they just sent me part of their FAQ's section.
