Im waiting the answer for my request, the package got lost, and I dont know if you send it again, because I have not received the mail back

I ordered a FULL Mandalorian set. The entire collection. When jt arrived it was missing the actual Mandalorian pallet. I obviously wanted it. Contacted customer service and they would not send it to me even though it was in stock and available and after repeating myself countless times asking why I was unable to get the pallet I gave up. She never answered my question why they couldn’t send it. They did issue a refund but that’s not what I wanted I just wanted the pallet. I will never, ever order from colourpop ever again if customer service is that terrible. Can’t even answer a simple question when they’re the ones that messed up. Never again. If I could delete my log in information with them I would.

My products have not yet arrived at my house and I have waited more than 20 days. I wrote to you by email and they told me that it would arrive soon and eight more days have passed. I'm worried because nobody informs me anything, not even the carrier. I need information please

I still didn't receive the order since 14 of march !!

Worst customer service ever! They do not do return, exchange or refund due to there cheap quality product. They sent to me but there product they sell definitely not cheap.

Still no delivery since order 12 March 2023 Colourpop have sent another package to their credit. Lets see if it arrives now.

allergic reaction to eyeshadows asked to return and they refused. Nothing on check out to indicate this if there is a reaction!
