I placed an order that I never received. I attempted to get a refund from "customer service" but after 4 days of going back and forth about how mail gets lost sometimes, I was ultimately denied a refund of my money because "they don't offer refunds at this time." THIS SITE IS A SCAM!! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NEVER SEND YOU YOUR PRODUCTS!!! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!

My palettes came with messy bc 2 shades had busted out. I told them andthey wanted me to take pictures. I'd happily sent them back but I'm too busy to take pictures and just didn't want to. I was just going to keep them. Well within minutes of swatching them I had the worst allergic reaction. My arm was itchy, red and swollen. So it was a double fail. I won't ever be repurchasing

En plus de ça je suis très déçue par la qualité des lipsticks qui ne tiennent pas du tout et qui ne sont même pas mat. Plus jamais je commande sur colourpop. Was excited to order again from Colourpop. First time I ordered I was sent the wrong order. This time, they missed 2 items from the order completely and one of the lipsticks came broken. I emailed customer service and they offered me a coupon code to make up for it. I purchased during a promotion time and the goods arrived 4 weeks after the promotion ended so I couldn't repurchase the goods. It wasnt enough to make free shipping either so i was going to have to pay extra for the products, extra for shipping and wait another 4 weeks. When I emailed saying a coupon code isn't really good enough they emailed back quite rudely saying 'as a one time only thing they will offer me a refund'. They didn't send the products!? Is a refund not the appropriate thing to offer a customer when they didn't receive the goods they paid for? Safe to say I won't be ordering ever again.
