Didn't get it delivered and just randomly got refunded without context

I never received my package and the customer representative was not helpful at all

I live outside US and understand that international delivery takes extra time. But I didn’t expect that it would take that long (Ordered on 01/11/2020, delivered to the post office on 02/19/2020). Finally, I received it. Not quite received. I had to collect it myself from the post office. I assumed that when it says delivery it means to be delivered. Okay, maybe my English is not on point (Eng is not my mother language) and I just got it wrong. So, I was actually okay with the delay and with the fact that delivery is not delivery. And than I unpacked it... one of the lipsticks (liquid) is missing its (I don’t how you call it) head. I mean, the stick that should have some kind of brush, so that you can apply the liquid color on your lips, didn’t have it, just a plain end of the plastic stick (looks a bit like an end of a chupa chups stick when the lollipop is finished). And with this I’m not okay.

The sailor moon collaboration sold out within minutes and I was unable to complete the purchase of items that were in my checkout cart. I think it was a poor choice to release such limited quantities that could possibly sell out within minutes. Very disappointing.

My first time ordering from them I ordered 2 eyeshadow palettes in the beginning of January and never received them. I emailed them about it and they told me sometimes it says it’s been delivered and won’t really get there until afterwards so to give it a few days. We are at the end of February and I have yet to receive it. Around the same time I ordered from here I ordered from lurella and I received that one just don’t know why I never received my order from here.

Had to waste so much money on trying to get a lip liner because you guys forgot to put it in the first order $160 later and I received a dirty lip liner covered in makeup, disgusting, also the products I bought were for a certain occasion and after all your mess ups and taking forever to shop products it was received to late and is now pointless, I will not be shopping at colourpop again so disappointing

Placed an order on 02/13/2020 and received it today on 02/21/2020 only to be notified that the product I received has been discounted by 25% and ColourPop refuses to adjust the price saying that it would be unfair to the other customers...I'm confused unfair to the customers who overpaid by 25% or unfair to the customers who are now getting 25% off. No phone number for customer service and all customer service representatives are rude and dismissive via generic email replies.
