Not pigmented at all

Their customer service is absolute garbage. Took 2 weeks to get a response on a non delivered item, couldn't get a refund bcuz they dont have a policy for it. What a load of sh!t

It’s been over a month and I still haven’t received my parcel

I didn’t get my order? It was lost in transit. How do I rate that?

Bad experience ever i tried to order like 30 times no bs and they all went thru and then they say order cancelled i used even 6 cards and they still cancel my damn order Worse website ever

No return policy even when I emailed them immediately after ordering. Staff was very unhelpful. I thought it made sense that they couldn’t return it since it was the build your own palette. However when I received it I was very disappointed that it doesn’t come already put together. So really there was no excuse that they can’t return it. They also messed up the order and the colours look nothing like how they looked online.

I have not received my purchase, I'm still waiting since January 9 :(
