The color eyeshadow i ordered online came in the mail today and looks nothing like the color online. I opened the box to try it on to see if it looked like the color i ordered, once i put it on my skin... the eyeshadow came out of the container it’s supposed to be attached to. And there was a lot of wet clear glue sitting there once it fell out.

I did not even get anything cause I waited 20 minutes “in line” and once I was ready to check out the collection was sold out. Like, really? It’s a big NO NO.

Order didn't ship until I asked for it to be cancelled (5 days from order placement). Could not cancel as requested because it had shipped after the request to cancel. Will not do repeat business.

I purchased a conceler and the colour match you guys have is nothing like the actual product hole different colour and there customer service said they can not do anything about it like are you serious maybe make sure the colours in person are legit next time !!!!

I purchased two items as a gift and only one of the two items arrived.

I love the makeup but I placed two orders about a week apart a few weeks ago, I never received tracking information and could never look anything up on the site. I had requested an update via email, no response after a few days. I requested an update via Facebook messenger, no response within 24 hours. I tried to open an account to check my orders, no email to confirm my email address. I doubt I’ll be ordering from the site again any time soon.

The packaging was very pretty but I found the eyeshadow themselves to have little to no pigment. Also, the little circles that the eyeshadows were in all fell out. I was expecting more, and I was pretty disappointed.
