I could not even use the lipstick because it came broken.

My pallets came broken, and customer service asked for pictures and I didn’t know how to send them, so I wasn’t able to do anything about it. I was excited for these, and it just ended up being a waste of money.

I've never received my order, and I don't know what to do. I've nevr received instructions or refund too. I'm so sad beczuse I was enjoying my delivery, but I've received nothing, and I've paid for that!

Wrote down my address as specific as possible, waited for more than a month for NOTHING because the package was returned to colourpop????????? And now I have to wait for a refund and place A NEW order because the returned package cannot be reshipped. Absolutely amazing.

I had such a terrible experience with colorpop. I had ordered a lippistix in the shade kapish 40 days ago and till now i haven't recieved my order. I'm really disappointed. I was so excited as this was my very first order both international as well as from colorpop. I haven't received my order yet and I've already paid for it
