Is the shipping problem
Is the shipping problem. I bought it in January is wrong tracking umber so it never tell me where it go and it send it to sender by itself and now is been 2 months I still don't know if the package send it to sender or not. I send the email by they didn't reply me.

terrible policies
No returns is a horrible model for a retailer. I have been tempted to buy other items but won’t because of this singular experience. The item I purchased went on sale before it even shipped and there was nothing the company would do. Terrible service. Terrible policy. The items showed up uneven, not pressed well. Just not impressed at all.
