Sold out of Sailor Moon collab while items were in my cart. Wish they had a better idea of how popular this collab was going to be & were better prepared.

Worst delivery

Palettes came broken, customer service were rude and didn’t offer a full refund. They didn’t care either

HORRIBLE! My order never showed up to my house and when I contacted support they said because the last tracking update was over two weeks ago there was nothing they could do.

My items came in opened, almost looked used. There was product on the outsides of the containers, and the boxs they came in were all opened. I contacted colour pop which does not have a customer service direct line. You basically notify them and they get back to you on their own time & you go back and fourth with them via email for them to tell you that they cant control how the shipment is handled but reassured me the products were safe to use. So i used my products because they had said it would be completely fine. I then had a reaction to 3 items & had to throw them all away. Complete waste of money. My eyes were red & swollen. I then reached out again which took another 3 days to resolve. For them to tell me i could return the items & maybe be Reimbursed. Never again will i waste my money on colour pop

Logistics is too slow Purchased on JAN 19, 2020 and now is Mar 2 2020 but I Still haven't received my shipment
