Cancel the order directly after the offer information is wrong, and then the discount is over, unpleasant purchase experience

I ordered the lip pencil set! I never received it

This was my first experience with Colourpop ever. I wanted to like it because I was so interested in so many products and love what the company has to offer. Sadly, the address printed on the box for my order was incorrect and was undeliverable. When I inquired on my shipment, customer service basically had me do the investigation on the matter for them. I had to do the reaching out to USPS, I had to file the case with USPS and PayPal while I didn’t hear much from customer service’s side on how they were working to amend the mistake... it didn’t seem like customer service was trying to do much to help me or make me feel reassured that the matter would be solved. The second thing that was a bit upsetting was that for the money refund I had to wait until the package got back to Colourpop and that they agreed that it wasn’t deliverable. I feel it to be unjust for the customer to have to wait for the refund when they were not at fault in the matter. Sadly, I do not feel comfortable trying to purchase with them again.

I typically don't write reviews but I ordered a bunch of lipsticks from this company since Jan 21, 2020 and it is now 3-3-2020 and still have not received my product on top if that I have emailed the business abd they have not responded on the status of my order this is the last time I order from them I do not recommend it. I have ordered from them in the past and have never gone through this I am unhappy with the way this has not been handled.

The day after I ordered the company ran a 25 percent off promo. My order was 125 dollars not small, yet they absolutely refused to honor the code for me. To make matters worse they lost my order (which I needed for vacation and obviously did not get to bring with me) and had to re ship 3 weeks later. Still no credit or discount. Terrible customer service avoid them.
