I ordered my products on approximately on the first week of Jan. The delivery time is within 6-24 working days. It's been nearly 2 months and products have not yet arrived. I really hope you look into the matter.

I bought an e-gift card for a birthday present and when my friend is trying to use it she texted me saying that the e-gift card doesn’t work! I tried too and didn’t work either... that was super embarrassing... of course I tried to solve the problem and they just sent me the money back without asking if I wanted that or another gift card... so I had to find another birthday present for my friend...

They will not refund my money back.

I never received my purchase. When I inquired about it, I was told the shipment had been sent back to the sender and that I would be refunded my money and could not receive any of the products I bought at the original discount.

I have been trying since the 18th to get help due to damafed and missing items and it's gone no where. I keep getting different agents. No one is fixing it. Finally had one say they were getting it fixed after Iv. Sent tons n tons of emails and photos and then a new agent comes in and says it's to late for help cause I haven't sent photos it's a damn joke and I want what I paid for. I . I want REAL HELP

Poor quality

My package arrived totally broken, and ColourPop just give me 11 dollars for the damages which cosy more than 40 dollars. I'm disgusted.

Still hasn't shipped my order
