The color selection is brilliant with beautiful colors. The pallets are well thought out and marked nicely. But actual eyeshadow product breaks up and becomes a powder that “bleeds” into other colors in its box. It makes for a lot of wasted eyeshadow.

Items did not arrive. The purchase is from April 15th and, as for today June 30th, I do not have any information of the package whereabouts.

There were many complications in getting my order. When it was sent to my local depot centre, there was such a long wait that I contacted the local post office and they said that they were unable to manually find the parcel and I should contact the seller. The Colourpop team refused to acknowledge the issue, and just sent me typical replies about 'it's probably just missing a scan', and only decided to send me a replacement package after 21 days because that's the standard timeframe of delivery, even though it was very clear that the parcel was lost at my local depot centre. I received confirmation that they have just shipped my replacement parcel, but when I clicked 'track here', the DHL website said that the tracking number is invalid. It shouldn't be this hard to get some make up.

Products were ok but they took over 2 months to get here and I recieved no response from the colourpop team despite emailing them and asking for updates.
