I was so excited when your Legend of Korra collection dropped. However, when I went to order it, the order was cancelled within hours. I tried to order it again and once again it was canceled and I was so frustrated that I just gave up. I triple-checked to make sure that it wasn’t an issue on my end i.e. insufficient cards or expired card. Not sure why my order was cancelled not once but twice.

The package is missing and never arrive to my house.

Package arrived broken and opened and the products inside had also been opened and used. I emailed customer service about it three times and no one bothered to respond to me. This company doesn’t care about US customers.
