I have purchased an international order that you have sent this email to review since late January and have yet to receive the delivery. Contacted the team one time at the end of Feb and was simply told that the order was on it’s way and that I should wait and hang in there. It wasn’t the first terrible experience with colourpop order. This will be the last time I order anything from your website because there’s no follow-up, no taking ownership whatsoever. “Thanks” for the review opportunity, I guess.

Very bad customer service and very bad delivery process

Was missing part of my order.

The package never got delivered

They took ages to dispatch my order. and then after it finally arrived it was missing TWO ITEMS. their CS is the worst. never buying again from them.

I didn't receive anything

I went to use my new shadow shade "Friendly" the other day and it's gotten all gross and rusted and unusable in its case. I didnt notice it before because I'd been using the Peach palette. This was my first time opening it since I received it in the mail. It was stored in my cabinet with my other items and they are ok. I was told by Customer Service "Please keep in mind that we have this policy in place to be fair to all of our other customers, we hope you can understand!" But I didn't have this issue 2 weeks ago.  I realise you have a policy but obviously in looking at the picture sent there was an issue.  And telling me I should understand because this 2 week policy is to be "fair to all customers" is an absurd excuse. I also wrote back stating this issue and have never had a response. Unfortunately I dont trust there isn't an issue with either single eyeshadows, I will be tossing them and no longer purchasing from ColourPop again. I don't mind sharing the pics to friends either. my package and products arrived dammaged. The products gave me a rash. When I asked for new products they only gave me new ones of the ones visibilly dammaged
